This PR makes the prototyping of nClasses for nimble models and their node functions extend to uncompiled behavior.
It also modifies internals as needed to make things work.
As of this PR, both compiled and uncompiled models are built and work through inclusion of
calc_one,sim_one,calcDiff_one, andgetLogProb_one. There is also aninitializethat usesisCompiled()to decide which case it is in. The "one" functions are not much tested because a little work is needed for access and use of the instruction classes across uncompiled and compiled.
